• Represented Vestel A.S in winning the trademark infringement case against the producing and selling activities of counterfeit Vestel products in China.
• Successfully litigated case where the term Rendes-Vous” was recognized as general terms.
• Attorney of record in several trademark administrative cases including for “Goldlion”, “ Montagut”, “Crayon Shin-Chan”.
